Leaders are used to leading, deciding, setting direction. What is often missing is listening to how younger generations think, communicate and experience work. In the Holding Terra Moretti group this awareness became a turning point. Out of approximately 1,000 people, nearly 200 were born after 1990. Hence a choice as simple as it is demanding: bringing them together and listening to them to make them responsible for the changes that they themselves propose.
