Eccellenze d’Impresa and Considi Join Forces to Create Italy’s First Independent Management Consulting Group.

The partnership gives rise to an industrial transaction that brings together around 400 professionals and more than €40 million in revenue to support the growth, transformation, and international expansion of Italian companies.

Eccellenze d’Impresa, a strategic advisory firm specializing in business development and competitive growth, has joined Gruppo Considi, an Italian management consulting group focused on Operations & Innovation Management. The stated objective of this strategic partnership is to build Italy’s leading management consulting group dedicated to Italian companies and entrepreneurs.

The agreement represents a true industrial transaction within the Italian management consulting sector. Its goal is to create a platform capable of bringing together complementary specialist firms under a shared governance model, giving rise to a new national consulting champion. In its initial configuration, the new group brings together around 400 professionalsand generates more than €40 million in revenue, positioning itself as Italy’s leading independent corporate advisory firm.

On one side is Eccellenze d’Impresa’s strategic and managerial expertise in competitive, organizational, and commercial development, with a particular focus on the Food & Beverage sector. On the other is Gruppo Considi’s experience in applying Lean principles to operational excellence, supply chain management, sustainability, and technological transformation, with well-established expertise across the manufacturing, luxury, design, furniture, and automotive sectors.

The new consulting group, Considi Holding, is being launched as a single partner capable of supporting businesses across all the critical functions of strategic management to increase their long-term value.

The partnership comes at a time when Italian companies must simultaneously address challenges related to business growth, digital transformation, artificial intelligence adoption, sustainability, internationalization, and generational transition. To meet these needs, the new group will integrate strategic, industrial, organizational, and technological expertise that is often fragmented across different providers. It will focus particularly on SMEs and family-owned businesses, a segment that remains underserved by major international consulting firms despite representing the backbone of Italy’s productive system and the Made in Italy supply chains.

These include IC&Partners, led by President and CEO Roberto Corciulo, specializing in international business consulting; Vitale-Zane & Co, founded and chaired by Marco Vitale, with strong expertise in strategic financial advisory and business development; Sinedi, specializing in strategic management and organizational consulting to support entrepreneurs and managers through growth and transformation; and Sustain Tech Hub, providing integrated consulting in sustainability, ESG, health and safety, environmental management, energy, and management systems.

The project will also benefit from the experience of Maria Pierdicchi (Chair of Eccellenze d’Impresa) and Fabio Cappellozza (Chair of Gruppo Considi). It will be developed through a governance model that includes the creation of a strategic committee representing the partner companies, while governance will be regulated through shareholders’ agreements. The platform will also remain open to additional highly specialized firms selected exclusively on the basis of professional excellence and complementary expertise.
